Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GPTO Suite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

GPTO Suite provides a platform for safe, declarative website updates powered by AI orchestration. The Service allows you to:

  • Manage website configurations through a declarative JSON interface
  • Track and analyze website telemetry and performance metrics
  • Orchestrate AI-powered content generation and updates
  • Maintain version control and rollback capabilities for website changes

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GPTO Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or other paid features:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your account
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Suspend access for security or legal reasons

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPTO SUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPTO Suite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
